Working with the body can support us in a multitude of different ways, so sessions use a blend of techniques to best meet each client's individual needs.

Tutu is a National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP)-certified teacher who blends both Western and Eastern techniques to meet her clients where they’re at. Her own experience with anxiety, back and hip injuries enables her to lead with a trauma-sensitive, knowledgeable and creative approach.
Tutu is certified in Myofascial Release techniques and is Pelvic Floor, Pre and Post-Natal, Diastasis Recti and Menopause-certified through Carolyn Anthony’s Center for Women’s Fitness. Tutu loves to learn about the human body and her approach tends to its depth and holistic intelligence. Tutu is a certified Breathwork facilitator and is currently pursuing a long-term certification in Clinical Qigong, Movement Qigong, and Chinese Neuro-Energetic Therapeutics through the Institute of Chinese Energy Healing.
When she’s not nerding out about the body, Tutu loves to cook nourishing food and go on long walks with her partner and tiny French Bulldog, Josie.
